| ::The Mac Clones are here! Again? - 050708 |
| Back in the day, about 11 years ago, I owned a Mac Clone Power Computing PowerBase 240 Tower, a very very sweet system. Now Psystar is offer one of the first commercially available Mac Cones "Open Computer," open since then which is based on the FrankenMac. I have fond memories of my Mac Clone experience, an inexpensive Mac with blazing speed and upgradability which Apple was having an awful time keeping up with them. What are your opinions? Are you planning or considering buying a Mac Clone as an alternative to Apple's offerings? |

Seems versiontracker.com has come through with a list of what applications are native intel "universal binaries" for the new intel based Macs check out MacIntel Resource Center for a current running list of MacIntel based apps. |
