Yes, You can
give me money
Back of the LCD after installation, here you can see the Brown RCA jack and the red and black wires for power via a 12v source such as the computers built-in power supply.
Here's the LCD skinny:

:: TYPE OF LCD
I purchased a five-inch LCD on ebay, (just do a search for "5 inch LCD" or similar, actualy bought mine from Sam, great ebayer), cost was about $110 on 0602. Another place to check out is partsexpress.com. The LCD comes with a controller card set-up for mobile video applications, i.e. ready to install in your SUV or the likes for watching VCR/DVD feeds. It requires a 12v power source, (Most all computers power supplies can handle the extra 12v addition with little or no problems.). I dremeled out a front section of the G4 chassis and front face cover and then drilled a couple of holes to fasten the LCD to it.

:: POWERING THE LCD
The LCD came with two bare wires one negative and one positive. I used a molex Y splitter off one of the extra hard drive molex connectors from the mac built-in power supply and wired/spliced the connections accordingly.

::
GETTING VIDEO SOURCE
The LCD came with a female RCA jack from the controller card. I have a extra Ati Radeon 32mg. PCI Video card that has an S-Video jack. I used a male RCA to male S-Video cable converter to hook up the 5-inch LCD to the ATi Radeon card.

:: LCD USES
Well, basically, it acts as my tertiary display freeing up screen real estate from my other monitors for displaying various misc. info. For example I run iTunes on it along with other utilties and system related monitoring windows.

:: SPECIFIC LCD DISPLAY SPECS
Since the LCD is being feed off the S-Video port I receive composite video through it, NTSC. I can run 640x480 @ 60Hz up to 800x600. 640x480 is my preferred res.
