Shower Shock soap gets ya goin'

It's not soap-on-a-rope, it's a cup-a-joe in a bar of soap. Just might be the start of something new like dope-on-a-rope. Shower shock soap is a vegetable based glycerine soap infused with caffeine anhydrous that is supposedly absorbed right through the skin.

As far as using this soap to get me "going" in my morning shower I can't really tell if it's the caffeine from the Shower Shock soap or actually the peppermint additive. Let just say that after lathering up my bod, specifically the areas that are 'sensitive", such as way down yonder, I was wide awake. I was almost bouncing off the walls, mixing "sensitive" areas and mint or menthol leaves you with a feeling of a cool frosty "ice-pick" feeling right where it counts, had me screamin' "ohh mama!"

But does it really work?

Well, something did. Like I said I'm not sure if it's the caffeine or actually the infused peppermint that "got me goin'." Soap didn't last me the 12 washes as it states on the package. Got about 9 washes out of a single bar, but hey, I like to lather up a bit.

WHAT I LIKED: The possibility that I'm getting a dose of java juice at the same time I'm taking a shower. Also liked the peppermint surprise which really did get me going! Plus I don't end up smelling like the bottom of a coffee cup.

WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: The peppermint "shock surprise" which really got me going! Also wished they sold it a little less expensive, maybe COSTCO style by the case at a decent discount.
