Car Manufacturer Hyundai has launched a booking facility online that enables you to book your vehicle in for repairs or servicing across its 178 strong garages and authorised dealerships over the Internet.
Not only that, it has also generously extended its warranty on vehicles outside of its current 5 year warranty package.
The system is designed with complete ease of use. The system runs off your registration number, once that has been recognised you are given a calendar with clear time slots that are available. Once all this is agreed and you have picked your time slot, a confirmation email is with all your booking details in regarding your car appointment.
“The introduction of our online booking facility is just another of the many qualitative enhancements we are making to maximise customer satisfaction across the Hyundai dealer network,” said Tony Whitehorn, president and CEO of Hyundai Motor UK.
“We have already seen more than 150 bookings since the system went live just three weeks ago, the majority of which were placed outside of normal dealership opening hours.”
Hyundai as a manufacturer of cars has come along way in the past 10 years. Both its quality of vehicle and customer satisfaction is fast becoming an appealing option to car buyers.
